About Michael Sandercock

Michael Sandercock
Mike is the Founder of Obstacle Racers, and has been an obstacle course racing fanatic since his first race in 2010. Mike is a multisport athlete who thrives on competition and challenge, competing in over 20 races each year including some of the world's toughest obstacle races. He has competed in the World's Toughest Mudder in 2011 and 2012, the Spartan Ultra Beast, the Ultimate SUCK, and intends on finishing the Death Race in 2013. He enjoys endurance running, but thrives in obstacle course races due to a focus on improving as an all-around athlete. He prides himself on finishing in the top 1% of races he runs.

  1. The Raeford, NC Thunder Challenge only had around 100 people attend. People became lost on the motocross track due to the lack of proper markers.

    Lot’s of talk about one of the key partners leaving the compnay after the Denver partner refused to get the obstacles built early.

    I talked to the volunteers and they all stated the guy from Denver never even thanked them for the help.

    There are no SF Guys in this company. I suggest not supporting Thunder Challenge in any future events.
